At ASPL, we focus on precision, experience, and quality. We believe manufacturing is where fabric becomes a function, where durability meets design, and where your brand identity takes shape in every stitch. For decades, we’ve used our textile expertise and hardworking team to make uniforms, but we’ve done more than that; we provide solutions that work, day in and day out, across industries looking for the best.
Our Manufacturing Facility
Where Every Uniform Is Made
At Alma Sourcing, manufacturing isn’t something we outsource to a different firm and hope for the best; it’s something that we own and do from start to finish. All of our uniform production facilities come together under one roof, including skilled hands, modern machinery, and careful quality control, so that every uniform we deliver to our client looks the same as when it was designed. Whether you need 50 uniforms for a new restaurant launch or 20,000 for a nationwide retail rollout, we deliver the same facility with the same team and the same standards.
- Manufacturing Experience: Years of manufacturing uniforms for corporate, healthcare, hospitality, and other industrial clients.
- Monthly Production Capacity: 50 to 50,000 pieces (scalable to meet peak-season and bulk orders)
- Skilled Workforce: 25-50 trained tailors, pattern makers, and quality staff.
- In-House Production: Cutting, stitching, embroidery, printing, and finishing all done in-house.
- Uniform Categories Manufactured: Corporate wear, chef and restaurant uniforms, healthcare scrubs, hospitality attire, retail wear, school uniforms, aviation uniforms, and industrial workwear.
Our Manufacturing Process
From Fabric to Finished Uniform, We Control Every Step.
The uniform is as good as the process. That is why we don’t hand off stages to third parties and manage the entire process ourselves, resulting in fewer delays, uncompromising quality control, and consistency you can count on, order after order.
- Fabric Sourcing: We start with the right raw material. Whether you are in the kitchen, corporate, medical, or industrial market, our team identifies fabrics that fit the needs of your industry. Every fabric is carefully selected for durability, comfort, and how it holds up to repeated washing.
- Design & Pattern Development: We decode your brand and your team’s activities into the pattern that actually works, one that allows movement, that fits a range of body types, and that represents your brand. We can work from your specifications, your branding guidelines, or a new concept based around your industry.
- Sample Making: Before the cutting of the first bulk unit, we send a sample for your approval. At this stage, fit, fabric, color, and detailing get finalized, and there are no surprises in the final order.
- Fabric Inspection: Prior to cutting, each fabric roll is inspected for weight, weave consistency, color accuracy, and defects. The deemed flawed material is rejected here, rather than being discovered in a final stitched uniform.
- Fabric Cutting: Our team is equipped with precision cutting tools, ensuring that each panel is cut to the exact pattern specifications, minimizing waste and maintaining a uniform size and shape within each batch.
- Embroidery & Logo Printing: Your logo needs to look sharp every day. So, we handle embroidery and logo printing in-house, using techniques suited to the fabric and placement, ensuring that branding remains the same wash after wash.
- Stitching & Sewing: The artisans skillfully put up each piece with reinforced seams and industry-standard stitching methods, designed to handle the wear and tear of daily use in demanding work environments.
- Quality Inspection: Each completed garment is inspected for quality against the quality checklist: stitching strength, fit accuracy, embroidery placement, fabric finish, and overall workmanship before it goes on to the next process.
- Fitting & Ironing: Uniforms are pressed and ready for use at a retail standard, because presentation is as important as function.
- Packing & Dispatch: All uniforms are carefully folded, packed, and ready for dispatch; orders are organized and labelled for smooth delivery and easy receiving on your end.
Industries We Manufacture For

Why Choose Our Manufacturing Facility?
Because “in-house” actually means in-house. From fabric to finished garment, production takes place under one roof, not at many subcontractors we can’t fully vet or track.
Because consistency isn’t optional at scale. If you order for 50 locations or 5,000 employees, the 1st uniform must be the same as the 5000th uniform. That’s possible because of centralized production and standardized quality checks.
Because we build for how uniforms are actually used. Every fabric and stitch choice reflects the truth of the reality, including repeated laundering, long hours, the heat of the kitchen or industrial working conditions, and more than simply how the garment looks on day one.
Because your branding is handled with precision. With in-house embroidery and printing, your logo, colors, and details are always done to your specifications.
Because we scale with you. Our capacity is designed to accommodate even small orders and large-scale bulk orders as your business expands, without having to change manufacturers as you go.
